Our commitment
Rox Studios wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use the website www.werox.co.il (the “Website”) independently and with dignity. We work to make the Website accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.
Standard and current status
We aim for Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as adopted in Israeli Standard 5568. The Website currently meets this standard in part. Among other things, we have made these adjustments:
- the language of each page is declared;
- the contact form fields are labelled, and errors are announced next to the field they belong to;
- embedded videos and awards links have descriptive names for assistive technology;
- text and form controls were checked for sufficient colour contrast.
We plan a full accessibility review. Until it is complete, some pages or features may not yet meet every requirement.
Known limitations
- The Website relies on large animations, scroll effects and a full-screen menu. These may be difficult for some visitors.
- Project pages play decorative background videos automatically, without sound and without controls. They are hosted by Vimeo.
- Some project pages include images and media from past work whose descriptions may be incomplete.
