A driver-behavior monitoring app for smart vehicle insurance.
The Challenge
Clal Insurance wishes to encourage a better driving behavior. To achieve this, they created an app that allows drivers to track their on-road performance and develop better practices. But let’s be honest—no one wants their insurance company to monitor their driving habits. That’s why we had to give the users an incentive to install the app in which they find real value.
Using gamification techniques, we inserted fun gameplay elements to improve user engagement.
The Solution
We structured the app and invented a set of rules and games to enhance the driver’s experience. Additionally, in order to stand out from their competitors, we ensured that using the app will give the users real value in terms of insurance cost, safety, and driving improvement.
